Refund Policy

We stand behind the products we create. If there is an issue with your order, or you would like to make a return on a ready made item, please email us at support@hellobaby-gift.com. We will get back to you as soon as possible with next steps.

Non-personalized product’s return is acceptable within 7 days of receiving your item. Once a return has been approved, Your refund will be processed within 3 business days of our team receiving the product back in our warehouse. The customer is 100% responsible for the shipping costs of sending the goods.

Because personalized items are made to order, we do not accept returns on custom-made product, unless there is any quality issue. If you have any questions or have an issue with your product, please contact us at support@hellobaby-gift.com and we will work to correct it immediately.
